Michael Martinetti is a seasoned real estate expert whose deep understanding of homes made the move into construction not just logical — but inevitable.

After spending years at the top of New Jersey’s real estate market, Michael had a front-row seat to what truly makes a home valuable: smart design, quality craftsmanship, and thoughtful execution. He’s walked thousands of properties, negotiated countless deals, and evaluated homes down to the studs — learning firsthand what works, what fails, and what lasts. That experience became the foundation for Martinetti and Sons.

Michael began investing in real estate at 24 and quickly expanded into renovations, custom homes, and large-scale residential projects. He manages every detail with the same precision and accountability that defined his real estate career. His projects are guided by one core principle: build homes that perform as well as they look.
